Possible to "downgrade" from Vista-32 to XP-32?
Now, I put the quotes around "downgrade" because I read that you can't actually downgrade, but rather swap from Vista to XP. (http://www.computerworld.com/s/article/9040318/FAQ_Giving_up_on_Vista_Here_s_how_to_downgrade_to_XP)
But at the end there, it says "Insert your Windows XP Proffessional disc."
Well, I don't have XP Proff. But what I do have is the 32-bit XP Home Edition. Will that work? I currently have Vista Home Premium-32.
and as I was typing this.. I wondered, will my computer specs be too much for XP?
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4800+ 2.51 GHz
3 GB RAM (It's only running 3GB, but I have 4GB in my system. 4GB is technically impossible to run on a 32-bit OS.)

(only reason I mentioned that is because I play a lot of computer games)
Also, I USED to be on XP, but I upgraded to Vista and have hated every second of it. =/
You can't downgrade from Vista 32 bit to XP 32 bit directly.
You need to reformat and install XP on it
But make sure your computer manufacture offers drivers for XP otherwise you're stuck with Vista
