I play Counter-Strike Source but when I installed it on this computer it lags... A LOT!

When it lags it doesn't seem that it's writing on the disk or anything.

Your Video Card may be the problem. 256mb or more of video ram is sufficient to run new games. 128mb may not be sufficient.
