My question is my PC has 384 MB of SD RAM it is a DEll GX 110 600 MHz PC 3, I use a DIAL-UP connection but whenever I try to open up My Yahoo. Mail it eats up all my memory(RAM)i.e the memory comes down to MB 129 just for opening this mail account.
Is it possible that Yahoo has a lot of Graphics advertisements before it opens the mail or is it something else.
Will some one please help

By the way the suggestion given to my previous question by ALIAS on the BIOS issue hvae been tried. But the problem remains the same.

I have changed the BIOS date on my PC to the current date and time. But whenever the PC is switched off and then switched on again it shows the same old Date and Time. Even though the battery is new.
There are some updates on bioses, check the dell site, support for updates if any- that fixed my problem with a Dell 1100,
or u could just try to upgrade your memory:)
