Changing graphic card?
I have a HP computer with the following specifications:

My computer is not too slow, just my graphic card is really bad.
I am really new to this hardware stuff, making computers, and all that stuff (so I don't know a lot).
Would I be able to attach a GeForce graphic card onto this motherboard?
If so, which models would work on this motherboard?

Your machine has these expansion slots:
2 low profile PCI, 1 low profile PCI Express x1, 1 low profile PCI Express x16 (2 full-height PCI available via optional riser card), (Note: with riser card option, express x1 and x16 slots are not supported)
The PCI Express Slot x16 is where you would upgrade your video card. It will usually be a Blue or odd color slot from the rest of the others. Also your old card will more than likely be on it. You can upgrade to just about any Geo-force card. but your no telling us what you want to do with the card? and your price range.
I personally use the GTX 260 Cards and I also still have some systems with 9 Series (9600 GT) Cards in it. I use the GTX 260 for Graphics Design, 3D rendering software and Photoshop. They have full Game playing capability but I use my Xbox for that.
I tend to just use my machines for Graphic Creations, But as I'm not playing games I can honestly say the 8 series, 9 series and the GTX series all act about the same. Game play will be higher on the GXT series.
NVida Cards can range from under $100 to over $500 - Speding about $90 on a 9600 GT will more than likely make you happy.
