I have a Dell C640 latitude and want to know whether dvd cdrw combo SBW242C will fit my laptop?

It looks right but I cannot find any definitive info that says it is compatible with the C series. I have a C640, this is the one I got. It can cut everything up to dual layer 8.5 GB DVDs and it is 100% compatible. If you already have the SBW242C then you can't harm anything by trying it. Here is a link with a picture:
