How can I watch TV using Microsoft XP Media Center Edition 2005?
My husband and I bought a laptop recently with MS XP Media Center Edition, and we thought all we had to was plug the coaxial cable into the port. Unfortunately, we found out we need more information, hence my question. Thank you in advance for your prompt answer...
There are two types of computers with Media Center. One that comes with TV tuner and remote and the ones without. Yours is probably without (as is mine). Although you can not purchase Media Center software itself...you can purchase the TV tuner and remote seperately. Check with Best Buy or Circuit City. If yours came with TV tuner and remote and it still isn't working...then something is hooked up wrong.
