What would be the best laptop/notebook $200 and under?
It doesn't matter the brand, as long as I can download windows XP and be able to go on the internet with.
There is no laptop out there that has a retail price of $200 USD. The cheapest would be $349 or so for the 9 inch notebooks from Dell, Acer, and HP. You might have to look at Ebay or something like that or get one used for that low price.
