BURN the Windows Recovery disks that came with your PC. They ARE on a hidden partition on your hard drive, unless you destroyed the recovery partition already. Follow the Windows Recovery procedure, to the letter, using only the manufacturer's Windows Recovery disks, to return your PC to "Factory New" condition.
TIP: If you destroyed the recovery partition already (using a Windows Installation disk from Microsoft, or, a Recovery disk from a different manufacturer, or worse, a “pirated copy”), order replacement Recovery disks directly from the PC manufacturer, by Model Number, and Windows version, that's where all the specific Device Drivers are.
