HP Intel/AMD Processors?
For the last 5 years I've had the same HP computer, and it's the best computer I've ever owned. I was hoping to buy a new one so I went to look at new HP computers, but they seem to all have switched to AMD processors. The one I currently have has an Intel processor. Is there a reson why they switched, and is there a difference between the 2 processors? I'm guessing AMD processors are well built or else why would HP build their computers with them, right? HELP ME WITH MY UNCERTAINTY!
I have had lots of computers with the AMD chip, they are cheaper than the Intel chip and that helps to keep the cost down.
Last year I bought an HP and that has an Intel it but it is a lot faster than my old AMD 1.3.
Don't forget that HP are Compaq and they are good machines
