I just bought a new 19" widescreen monitor - how do I get the resolution correct?
I have an older HP Pavilion and the monitor just died. I decided to upgrade to an AOC widescreen 19" LCD. Now everything looks "stretched" and my appearance settings don't allow for the 1440 x 900 resolution. The HP Specialist said I need a new Graphics Card and recommended nvidia agp graphics cards. Anyone have additional advice or input? I'm no computer whiz and don't need anything fancy!
