REALLY CHOPPY MOUSE AND KEYBOARD!?
So I changed the motherboard in my Dell Optiplex Gx520 to support PCI-e 16x. I checked in the BIOS and it registered fine, no problems. THEN I added the card into the slot and took out my old PCI card. Checked the BIOS again, worked fine. But now when I type and move my mouse, its really choppy and laggy. This never happened before when I had my old card. Now its hell to do anything, even write this! I have Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit, 2.25GB RAM DDR2 and the card in question is a HD5450 GDDR3 1GB. Please help as this is unbareably!
