Unable to install Windows XP?
I am trying to install Windows XP on Dell GX280 system. The problem is that when Windows setup loads the files it displays a screen asking "Enter=Continue, R=Repair, F3=Quit" (before license agreement. My system hangs up on this screen. I also have tested my hdd with seagate utility.
So please give my some suggestions that what i should do now??
Is this a fresh install of XP on a new/wiped HD? How long are you waiting when u get to the display screen before you deem that the screen is froze? Perhaps it's a bad XP cd? Maybe clean it to make sure there are no marks or scratches?
