IDE Hard Drive Acoustic Mode? Which Mode should i pick in Bios?
I have a Dell Optiplex Gx270 Pentium 4 2.6Ghz
512mb Ram and 250gb hard drive.
In the Bios there's an option that says "IDE Hard Drive Acoustic Mode" and there's several settings and i want to know which one should be On? Currently it's been in "Bypass Mode".

Try performance I think that would make the disc spin at an optimal speed. Quiet should be spinning slower but you loss out on performance.
