Unable to boot Windows Vista?????
Please help guys as i am unable to start my laptop. I don't know why it stop working. Suddenly Blue screens started coming and finally laptop stop working. I was having windows vista home premium in my toshiba laptop. When i tried to boot it in safe mode again it's stopping on a blue screen giving error, STOP:c0000221 Unknown Hard Error SystemRootsystem32ntdll.dll. I am also having a recovery disk of windows vista but when i boot the laptop from the recovery disk then again it stops on the blue screen giving the same error. I don't know what to do and how i can repair my laptop. Please help guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Its a 100% hardware problem . Nothing related to software . Dont try to do anything yourself or give it to some one else to repair as it will void your warranty and laptops are costly to service . Better take it to the place where you bought it for repair
