2gb RAM you may get away with but for the price you're better upgrading it to 3 or 4
9800GT...no.
You need to get a new graphics card, if you're on a budget, I'd recommend a Radeon 5770, as it's probably the cheapest card you will find that will be able to play the games in full settings
