Any Laptop is available with below specifications:-
1.AMD processor 3.0 Ghz+ 17"lcd +250gb ablove hdd+Best powerful graphic card (If possible ATI preferrable)
We are using for Graphical works Rendering(like 3d, Mayaetc), so we need most processor speed + high performance Graphic card (which is the best for Rendering purpose).

There's really not any laptops with 3.0 GHz or higher. Most only go up to 2.8 GHz with the Intel Core 2 Duo T9600. The fastest AMD mobile processor I know of would be the Turion at 2.4 GHz. Intel has the fastest mobile processor, the Core 2 Extreme X9100 which alone costs about $1,000 for the processor. Plus, it's only 3.06 GHz and that's the fastest for laptops.
