dell inspiron with windows vista won't load pictures fast?
I just got a brand new pc with windows vista. Its a dell inspiron. My last pc worked fine, it was a dell 1510 and had windows xp. I am wondering why the pictures won't load fast? home page loads fine, but like ebay don't load the pictures fast at all, it takes forever. Do I need to download something for this new pc or what can I do to make it run faster?
