SD card speeds vs HDD speeds ?
Hello I recently bought a dell studio laptop, which has a built in sd card slot, my question is what will be faster, a sd card in the slot or the built in hard drive which is a 5400rpm,
I ask because Im going to be transferring alot of files and I was to get the fastest possible transfer rates.

SD cards have much faster access speeds, but that also depends on the SD card. All SD cards have different speeds, hence the price difference for a 2GB card, can rage form $9-$50
