Do excercising videos really work? and how can i lose weight?
im using 10 minute solution rapid resultes pilates dvd...but theres 5 ten minute sections so its pretty much 50 minutes. Do you think i should continue to use this cd daily? iv been using it for 2 days now and i dont know if its gonna work....Im going to a new middle school and i want to look skinny...im 119 pounds and im 5 foot 2 ...well any other ideas to get slimmer faster? i want to lose about 10 pounds before september

Actually, videos are a really good way to get fit and in good cardiovascular shape, and even tone up. I started with Richard Simmons videos when I was 13 to build up a little endurance for constant movement, and it helped me do other exercises better, and the vids were about 45-70 minutes long.
I would do a week more of the video's and do them twice a day for two weeks. Then switch to running for a mile or more everyday, then do the video four times a week on different days. You should be set.
10lbs is do able, I don't know much about diet, but eat 1000-1500 calories a day and you should be stait, no more and no less. Exercise is the key, the more exercise the better.
