I'd say second one, because there's is more memory and larger hard drive capacity. It has a separate graphics card which are generally better than Integrated ones, but its an old card at that. This one has wireless capability and is a slimline PC.
Then it depends is you prefer AMD or Intel, I like Intel but search the Internet for big debates on what people think is the better processor manufacturer. Both processors here are 2 core, but the Intel is giving 2.4 ghz a core whereas the AMD is only giving 2.1 ghz a core.
