I have a temporary profile problem. Can anyone help me?
My computer seems to have logged on to a temporary profile. It doesn't actually say that it's a temporary profile, but it doesn't completely have all of my old stuff. When it started up, it loaded with a box in the upper left corner that says loading settings, etc.... And then it had that desktop with the green grass and the hill, and all of my settings like my themes were resetted. I still do have some of my shortcuts on my desktop, and also, everything is still in my program files file. I am using windows xp and there may be something wrong with the synchronization at my school. I think when this ocur5red i might have turned my wi-fi switch off to make things go a little faster. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? i am using a dell computer, by the way.
The local profile for the PC has corrupted. Log in as Admin and creat a new user. Delete the old one
