How to detect dvd burner by windows xp sp2?
My dell inspirion 630m has a NEC DVD rw drive. I formatted my windows & after that it has stopped detecting the DVD burner. How can I solve this problem ?
Sounds to me like the DVD burner was not original equipment. Does it see it as a CD ROM? If so then you will need to go on line to NEC and download a driver for it.
