Why does my mac pro suddenly suck?
I have a mac pro desktop:
2 x 3 GHz Dual-Core Intel Xeon
1 GB Ram
250 GB hard drive
I used to be able to run blender/modo with millions of polygons. But now I get a rainbow wheel while trying to turn on safari....
I repaired permissions and it has not helped, what should i do?
PS I know I should get more ram, but I want to get it running like it was before I add more.
Try making another user and running the software from there. Some users get bugs in macs on occasion that are just about impossible to fix. The only solution is to make a new user, move everything there and delete the original user.
