Will Elder Scrolls IV Work on a 2.1 AMD Prossesor?
I just got Oblivion for my PC and I checked the System requirements for the game. I want to be 110% sure before I open it that way if it doesn't work I can get my money back.

I've got oblivion for my laptop and it runs fine on an AMD ML-44 2.4 ghz single core processor, of course, I have two Nvidia Geforce GO 7900GTx cards linked in SLI mode and two gigs of ram, but that shouldn't affect you. I run everything maxed out and the game runs flawlessly and looks beautiful.
To answer your question though. You should be able to install and run Oblivion fine and dandy, but make sure you either drop your resolution or turn your graphics wayy down in the options menu. Otherwise you're going to be very very laggy with that on board video card.
