If the information I've found for the MA770-US3 part is correct, I'd say the Intel version, since the AMD board you selected doesn't seem to have integrated video (and you didn't mention a video card).
That being said, depending on what you plan on doing with the system, you will probably not see much (if any) of a difference between the two.
Now, ignoring the video issue, I'd suggest switching to one of the Phenom II chips instead of the one you've selected.

Either of those should work in the board you selected (it's listed as an AM3 board, and those are both AM3 CPU's).
If you're not using it for gaming (or other CPU intensive tasks), it's quite unlikely you'll see a difference, though. If you end up doing "video work" (which now days seems to mean DVD/Blueray encoding/ripping - heh) or the like, either of the two Phenom II chips I mentioned will probably out-pace the Intel chip you selected, so long as the software you're running can properly take advantage of more than 2 cores.
