Can I run Modern Warfare 2 on Pentium 4 2.8GHZ 1GB DDR RAM?
Answer is YES. I have a Dell Dimension 4600 P4 2.8Ghz, 1GB DDR RAM, just upgraded video card to HIS RADEON 4670 1GB DDR3 and Power Supply to 550W (from stock 250W). My system does not meet any of the published minimum requirements, but the game runs great. I am not running the graphics on bare minimum either. I would say I'm running them on medium resolution and medium detail and they look great. No lag on multiplayer or singleplayer.
