Can i upgrade my desktop ram more than its maximum capacity?
I have a Compaq presario SR1920AN (fairly old computer) and the specs are: Intel Celeron 3.06ghz, 1.5gb ram, ATI 2600 pro, windows XP SP3.
My question is whether i can upgrade to about 4gb ram because i did some research and however it said i only can go up to 2gb ram.
If it says: Up to 2GB RAM, this would mean that the motherboard can't support more, even if you add it. It just won't recognize it. Sorry.
