Can I use Toshiba Windows Vista recovery disk for Dell XP ?
I think my computer is infected with virus so I want to reinstall the programs... I do not have Dell XP recovery disk (which is my computer)... I have a recovery disk for Toshiba Windows Vista... Can I use it??? If I use it what might be the problems??? I need urgent help... PLEASE....
no it will stop before you get started, you might get as far as the toshiba vista recovery and the dell will block it, stating this not the right disk, if someone in your area have a dell recovery disk for windows xp , there should be a hidden partition on your dell inwhich system recovery is install
