We just purchased a refurbished Dell laptop. We have AT&T DSL. We bought a router. It will not hookup.?
When we hook up the router it turns off our desktop from using the internet, The desktop is brand new. Could the AT&T modem be at fault? They refuse to take the blame, saying it is the router. Help please.
Start by reseting the router then log on. Because the desktop maybe blocked. Also you should check your I E settings.
