I am trying to find a decent computer for myself and my wife. I am looking to buy a Dell refurbished lap top.?
I was looking on there web site and I am not sure what to buy. We mainly like to just use it for internet, for her schooling, watching some dvds on it sometimes and burning cds. We don't do much gaming on it, except for maybe like stuff on yahoo, lol. Either way, can anyone tell us what might be a decent lap top to get from them? I don't want to end up buying a crappy one. I am willing to pay between 700-1000 dollars for one. Any information you can give will help us a lot! Thank You!
The only computer I would ever consider would be and HP. Their tech support is outstanding. My HP Pavilion works great all the time. If you are going to spend up to $1000 on a computer, I would definitely buy a new computer with a two year warranty/service contract. Also, I would make sure that the primary operating system on the computer (example: Vista Premium) has all the bells and whistles you need. I would not get a computer with Windows 7 since I heard that there are going to be many versions of that in the future.
