Since dell made it, the first step would be a new power supply. If i remember correctly the 9800gx2s take 1 6pin connector and 1 8 pin connector.. Yes they are power beasts. Next step would be a new motherboard. I'm sure your stock dell motherboard won't support SLI as it probably only has one pci-express slot.
