Will this run WoW to it's full potential, if not what do I need to upgrade.?
3.0 ghz processor(P4), 1G DDR RAM, and 96mb Video card. I am currently running a Dell Dimension 3000 which I got for free, and I know it's not a gaming PC as stock, and which is why so far I've got a P4 3.0ghz processor for it, and 2 sticks of 512 DDR ram. I will be getting a new computer shortly, but for now I have to work with what I can get my hands on. Also I am aware that the Dimension does not have a PCI-E, or AGP slot, so I'm stuck with PCI. I realize that PCI does keep me in a rut, but as I've recently stated, I have to work with what I can get my hands on.
Yes it does have hyper threading, and I realize that I can only run PCI(Not express), so I was looking to go along the lines of 128/256. I was really just wondering if anyone has attempted to run WoW with a similar set up as mine.
No, it will not. Your graphics card is the main bottleneck.
