why does my computer screen turn blue when i install new ram?
i have a dell optiplex gx620 dt and it already has two 1gb ddr2 ram sticks in it and it works perfectly, but when i install a extra topram 2gb ddr2 ram chip in it a blue screen pops up with a bunch of words it says"begin memory dump" or something like that. what is the problem?
Your adding a different speed chip. Return and replace with 2 gig chip of same speed.
