Upgrading Video Card?
I want to upgrade the video card that I currently have in my computer with a better one. I'm just not sure what's compatible with my computer. Any help would be most welcomed. Here's my computer's stats...

The tower I have is a full sized tower. The size of an average desktop tower.
According to Dell's specs for your GX280, you have one PCIExpress 16x slot available: http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/opgx280/en/ug/specs02.htm
That means you can use any PCIExpress 16x video card as long as 1) your power supply has enough power to drive it and 2) it can fit in your case.
You didn't say which GX280 you have, but if you have one of the slimline cases, you need a half-height / low-profile card, and the highest you can go with low-profile is the nVidia GeForce 9600GT.
If you got one of the minitower GX280s that can take a full-height card, you can go all the way up to the latest-and-greatest GTX295 if you got a PSU that can handle it.
