i just bought a used computer its a dell gx270 2.8mhz p4 it has xp pro already installed, but its only a 20gb hd. i have a new 500gb hd that im going to install.how can i get the os from the old hd to the new one?
Download image for windows software, back up the partition on Cd's remove the old hard drive install the new one, restore the partition on the new one you get 20 GB partition on the new one boot up and expand the partition to full size.
