How do I make my computer faster? It is a 2004 Dell Inspiron 1000.?
The computer has 2.19 Ghz and 224 MB of RAM. . It has 27.9 GB of Hard Drive with only 8.90 Hard Drive used up. I have cleaned out cookies, old programs, defragmented the computer, cleaned up disk space, etc but the computer seems to still run slowly. Can anyone give me tips and /or hints as to what I can do or buy to make this faster? Thank you so much!! I will provide more information if needed, too.
