Hp laptop has - 3gb ram, 250 gb hd, 512mb graphic card and nvida ge force, 13.4inch screen, high defination lcd, core 2 duo.
Dell laptop has - 3gb ram, 320 gb hd, 256mb graphic card,13.4inch,lcd,core 2 duo.

and also both are windows vista home premium, and yes hp is a bit more costlier than dell but there's a slight difference so i dont worry about the rate since it fits into my budget
