hi travel do..., let's first reboot when you see your windows logo start tapping f8 this is a safe mode screen scrol down to last good configuration(advance) when you get to your desktop hit start>settings>control panel and hit the internet options icon there delete your history and cookies and exit back to your desktop.
now hit start>programs>accessiries>system tools scrol down to system restore setting your own restore date then go back about this date a month agao so that is in december the 8th 2010 and now your computer is restore then reboot. now go back to system tools when this is done and defragment this is most important so make sure it completes successful. now one more step and we are done hit my computer from your desktop and right click on the C:// driver and hit properties and then hit tools tab there hit scan disk now uncheck scan disk and check search for lost clusters. good luck hope i was helpful to you
