If i do a complete system restore on my Dell Computer, will it remove a virus?
i have run all kinds of anti-virus, and it won't erase the virus. I don't know what else to do, and i figure if i do the complete restore to return it to its "original" state, it would remove a virus. Would this work? and if it wouldn't...how do you suggest i get rid of the virus?
