cpu won't let me type but one letter every second or two?
Have Dell Optiplex 745, with XP and 80% HD available. If I type at normal speed it skips letters. Example: My dog is shaggy, verovable. Translation: My dog is big and shaggy, but very lovable. Any clue what I should do to fix this?
Sounds like you have inadvertently enabled 'neglect short keystrokes'. In Control Panel, select Accessibility Options and in the Keyboard tab make sure Filter Keys is not ticked.
