My guess is that you are going to STRUGGLE with it because you have Windows 7 which requires at least 1 gig of RAM to operate so that means, not leaving any memory for the game. If you put at least 2 more gigs in the computer you should be able to play the MINIMUM game, but since you did NOT mention what kind of video adapter you have, if you do not have a video card, I would say you cannot play this game at all. Integrated video sucks and probably will not work with this game.
