The video card for the hp is integrated intel hd graphics and the dell has integrated nvidia graphics
Choose the Dell with AMD processor. More ram and you always upgrade the CPU later for Much less cash then an Intel CPU. Blueray is relly good to have as well.
Adding quad core CPU and selling the old CPU would only cost about 40.00 to $50.00
