How to get my Core 2 Duo Laptop Dual OS Vista + XP?
I want to turn my laptop into a Dual OS. My laptop is Core 2 Duo and has plenty of HDD space left. I have already partitioned 30 GB for XP from my D drive. So i have 3 drives, C, D, XP (E, renamed to XP for easier verification).
I have tried plenty of guides out there, but i still have problems, as i am stuck only in 1 midpoint. Whenever i boot into an XP CD, it goes in but can't find the partition that i made. I asked lots of people but they don't know how.
P.S: Keep the technological words in a range of computer language that a 14 year old clever boy can understand =)

Well what should happen is that you should try to install it as a normal but you should also get an option to have it as a duel boot. But try to start from scratch again from step one not sure why it cant find it sure its in the right file that its targeted at? Sometimes this things happen because of silly little mistakes.
