Both are bad for gaming. Basically no videocard - those integrated Intel chips can only display simple 2D data but not any games. You will need some nice videocard, and all new videocards are PCI-e 16x, I dont' think that those desktops even have PCI-e 16x, may be only AGP, then it's bad.
Memory could be fine with Win XP but still low for gaming.
Processor- it really bad. It's not dual core, it has got hyper-threading on single core, and HT on Pentium D is terrible. This CPU is very slow and very hot. And there will be no chance of replacing it with anything else - motherboard is too old.
Save some money and get either used gaming PC from www.craigslist.com
