Why does my dual core computer have 4 processors?
I have an intel i3 processor which is dual core, but it displays 4 different CPU usage history graphs under my task manager performance tab, and has 4 lots of processors listed in my hardware browser thingy. Does each core have 2 processors or something?
Each core has two threads, which makes it act like a 4 core. This is known as hyperthreading.
