your processor is fine, the dual core is more efficient than the pentium 4 (single core)
but those graphics will not play the game at all. could you post your pc model? if you have an expansion slot for a graphics card that would be your best bet
darn, laptops are not really upgradable, sorry. you would have better luck with a desktop
