i have small desktop amd athlon x2 pc, how to fit my pci-e x16 agp card as the Pci card is very big?

the market Pci-e cards are not fitting on it. please guide me which card can be fit for it and which should be compatible with my built in power supply which is 240W MAX.. please guide thanks if smaller are available what are they called?
First off, PCI-E X16 and AGP are both different slots. There is no PCI-E x16 AGP. (As can be seen in this diagrams/images)

From the information given on the link that you have added, you have a PCI-E(xpress) X16 slot. Unfortunately, you have a "1 ( 1 ) x PCI Express x16 - low-profile" (Under expansion), which means normal sized cards will NOT fit into your computer.

You need to look for modified, small sized - "small form factor/low profile"- PCI-E cards.
Also from the specifications, you surely do have a 240W power supply.
With that sorted out, here are some lower profile PCI-E cards:
(Newegg is a online store for electronics. They have a US site, and a CDN site. Their prices are lower than retails stores, and their return/warranty service [and service in general] are very good.)
9600 GT GDDR3 memory, 256-bit memory interface. Recommend a 400W PSU, but the card only uses 95W max. -http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814500103
4650 GDDR2, 128-bit. Cheaper than the 9600GT, but not as powerful/fast- http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102829
There are several more, but they are 64-bit, GDDR2, or less. The are cheaper though, but you receive lower performance.
**128-bit memory interface is ideal, with 512MB of memory. GDDR2 is decent for a low profile card, and GDDR3 or higher is..considered nice (for a low profile card).
A video card from the 8000, or 9000 series from Nvidia, and 3000 or 4000 series from ATi is ideal. Anything lower/older isn't recommended.

Small form factors are very limited in component upgrades.
