Is there a special CD needed to install windows vista on a dell laptop?
I have a dell laptop with windows xp and i want to upgrade it to windows vista. I am trying to buy a windows vista installation disk and want to know if there is a special cd that i need to install it on a dell laptop.
You can only upgrade from xp pro not home first of all. And 2 its a dvd so unless you have a dvd player on there it will not work.
