How can i find out if my pre-installed vista laptop can duel boot xp aswell?
I have heard that some hardware in some laptops are only designed to run the os they came with. My Toshiba laptop has a little vista sticker on it which makes me even more wary. I have used xp in a virtual machine on my laptop but how can i find out if it compatible with a duel boot?

I've never heard of a laptop that can't dual boot. So I think it probably can. The Vista sticker doesn't tell you anything. If you want someone to actually help you, you should list your laptop model, not just the company that made it.
