Can I upgrade from 32 Bit Windows 7 to 64 bit after I have upgraded from Vista?
I upgraded my Vista to Windows 7, 32 bit. I want to upgrade it to the 64 bit version and have the disk. Will it work or do I need to remove the 32 bit version first?
First of all you need to know if your CPU has 64 Bit support. Use the following program (No installation is required)

Unfortunately you cannot upgrade from 32 bit Windows 7 to 64 Bit. You need a clean installation.
